Many of our properties allow rental payments accepted through the online tenant portal. Our office will need updated contact information in order to set up your account. Call our office for more information!

WE HAVE A DROP BOX FOR AFTER HOURS PAYMENTS!! It’s located on the north side of the building before you enter the parking lot behind the building. It’s directly before the gates into that parking lot (to the left).
If you are mailing your rent it must be received no later than the 5th to avoid late fees. Most payments should be made payable to Meridian* and mailed to:

FRIENDLY REMINDERS
- Late fees are charged on the 5th ($25) and again on the 10th ($25)
- $5 per day late fees start on the 11th (per lease agreement)
- Payments made after the 10th must be in the form of a money order!
- If you are having financial difficulty please contact our office for payment arrangements and possible assistance through other programs!
- Please make sure all entryways, yards and driveways are clear of trash and debris! Minimum fine of $25
