Our mission and passion is to build a more compassionate relationship between a home provider and a resident while also building up and strengthening our communities. Our Team focuses on education based programs to protect our residents and experienced consulting for clients to ensure the property and community is a good fit for their investment. Resident retention coupled with rent collection is the leading financial factor with investment property. Successful ROI’s reflect investors that provide safe, clean and affordable housing while allowing Meridian to manage collections, maintenance and tenant relationships.
Boots on the Ground….The Meridian Team will reference this approach as a literal description of our management style. When tenants have issues we show up to address them. Residents living in homes that change ownerships frequently suffer from deferred maintenance and landlords passing the buck. Meridian has determined that only long term investors are the key to strengthening our communities and meeting our mission. Meridian will continue to encourage our residents and investors to hold each other accountable for serving others and to not contribute to the current industry issues, but rather be the solution to the affordable homes movement.
Meridian’s Clients are large scale investors with single and multi-family portfolios, along with seasoned investors who have one or two investment homes but do not have the time or desire to manage them. We are currently only taking on investors that are looking to increase their portfolios and currently own at least 5 properties and have been investing for 5+ years.
Meridian’s Customers are people looking to find a nice, affordable, hassle-free home to lease in the Kansas City or surrounding area.
Meridian’s Vendors are licensed and insured. Our extensive preferred vendor network allows us to provide quality service at reasonable prices within the time frame desired by owners and tenants
Meridian’s Managing Broker in Missouri is Crystal Vaughn. Crystal has been in the property management industry and serving the greater Kansas City area since 2004. Her management specialties are multi-family, single family homes and distressed properties. She has experience as a contract broker, consultant and property manager.
Meridian’s Team includes leasing agents and property management staff whose purpose is to provide top notch customer service to our prospects, current tenants, and clients.
